fanscouter is a live Instagram follower display and analytics service operated by caracriworks Inc. Use this page for inquiries, FAQs, and account management.

Email is the fastest way to reach us. We typically reply within 2 business days (Japan time, weekdays).
account@caracriworks.comSign in to the app, then tap "Connect Instagram" on the home screen. You will be redirected to Instagram's official OAuth page. Only Business or Creator accountscan be connected (personal accounts are not supported by Meta's API).
On Basic plans and above, each connected Instagram account gets a unique URL. Open it in a browser on any spare phone or tablet and it shows a full-screen flip-clock follower count with an Instagram profile QR code — no app install needed.
Due to Instagram API rate limits, our server fetches the latest follower count every 5 minutes. The display reflects any changes within that window.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions to change or cancel.
You can delete your account, Instagram connection tokens, follower history, and all display settings. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
- Open the fanscouter iOS app
- Go to the Settings tab
- Tap "Delete Account" and confirm
If you cannot sign in and need your data deleted, please email us from your registered address at account@caracriworks.com.
Subscription refunds are handled by Apple. Please submit a refund request directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If the storefront display is not loading or showing stale data, first check your network connection and try refreshing. If the issue persists across multiple devices, please contact us and include the display URL (or its token).
